I understand that the activities offered, including but not limited to Yoga, Pilates, meditation, and other wellness exercises, involve physical movements that may require exertion and may cause physical injury. I acknowledge that the risk of injury, even serious or disabling, is always present and cannot be entirely eliminated.

I agree to listen to my body, adjust my posture as needed, and seek support from the instructor if I experience any discomfort or pain. I will not push myself beyond my physical limits.

I understand that Yoga and other wellness activities are not substitutes for medical care or diagnosis and that it is my responsibility to consult with my physician before participating in any such activities. I confirm that I am fit to participate and have no medical conditions preventing my full participation.

I acknowledge and agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages that may arise as a result of my participation in the wellness activities.

I knowingly and voluntarily release and waive any claims that I may have now or in the future against the retreat/studio and its instructors for any injury or damages incurred during my participation.

HIKING & OTHER PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES 6. I understand that outdoor activities such as hiking may be part of the retreat and that these activities involve walking on uneven or challenging terrain, which may require physical effort. I am responsible for my health and well-being during these activities and will take appropriate precautions as needed.

I accept full responsibility for any additional transportation costs, such as taxis, that I may incur should I choose not to participate in physical activities or need assistance. TRAVEL RESPONSIBILITY 8. I understand that I am solely responsible for my travel arrangements to and from the retreat/studio location. If any transportation assistance is offered, such as taxis from the airport or bus station, I agree that additional charges may apply.

LIABILITY WAIVER 9. In consideration of my participation, I voluntarily waive any claim I might have against the retreat/studio and its staff for any injury or damages that may result.

I, my heirs, and legal representatives forever release and waive any claim against the retreat/studio and its instructors for injury or death caused by negligence or any other act. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY 11. I agree that any materials provided to me, including videos, handouts, or other resources, are for my personal use only and will not be shared, reproduced, or distributed without written permission from the retreat/studio.

MEDIA RELEASE 12. I give permission for photographs and/or comments in which I may appear to be used by the retreat/studio for promotional purposes, including on social media, websites, or other marketing materials. If I do not wish to appear in such media, I will notify the retreat/studio in writing.

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY 13. I understand that the retreat/studio fee is non-refundable unless otherwise specified. Payment must be made in full at the time of booking or according to a pre-arranged payment plan if available.

I acknowledge that no refunds, credits, or transfers are available in the event of cancellation, including during or after the start date of the retreat, due to the fixed costs involved.

The retreat/studio reserves the right to cancel or change the venue or itinerary in the event of unforeseen circumstances. If the retreat is canceled, I acknowledge that the retreat/studio is not responsible for any travel or accommodation costs I may have incurred.

PARTICIPANT RESPONSIBILITIES 16. I agree to respect myself, other participants, and the instructors. In the unlikely event that my behavior is deemed disruptive, inappropriate, or unethical, I understand that the retreat/studio reserves the right to terminate my participation without refund.

INSURANCE & PERSONAL BELONGINGS 17. I am responsible for obtaining my own travel insurance, and I understand that the retreat/studio is not liable for any personal belongings, which I bring at my own risk.

AGREEMENT TO TERMS 18. By submitting this form, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to the above terms and conditions, including the liability waiver and cancellation policy.
